Maulana Ainul Bari, Head Of Pseudo Ahle Hadeeth Firqa In West Bengal is Hadith-Rejector

                            Maulana Ainul Bari Aliavi, the Head of the Salafis in West Bengal, is another example of hadith-rejectors. This gentleman has devoted his life in picking holes in the innocent personality of Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam.The subject-matter all his writings is to prove Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam to be a common human being full of virtues and vices.

                             Hadith-Rejector  Maulana Ainul Bari teaches the ignorances  that the Pre-Nabuat Life (before 40) of Rasulullah Sallallahu Alahi Wa Sallam is not model for Muslims; only post-nabuat life of 23 years is model for Muslims because Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam was not prophet at birth and until 40 !!!( Ref : Milaunnabi o Bivinnya Bershiki page 7-8).If these persons are called Alim, who are nincompoops? Even a common Muslim knows that though nabuat was manifested at 40, Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa sallam was sent to this world as Rasool. Countless evidences are there in Quran and Hadith in its support. A few months old Jesus Christ (A.S.)told ," I am indeed a servent of Allah, He hath given me revelation and made me a prophet" [ Surah Mariam, Verse No 30]


                          This Kharizi Maulana rejects the Sahih Hadith of Sahih Bukhari about the decrease of Abu Lahab's Punishment in grave on Modays due to his freeing his slave Thuwayba for informing him Prophet's birth. This Maulana says, this hadith is not acceptable because Abbas (R A) was not Muslim when he saw Abu lahab in dream. Is this Maulana greater Scholar than Imam Bukhari (R.A.)? Did Imam Bukhari raise objection against this narration? Is this Maulana's Status greater than Sahabi Abbas (R.A.)? Did Abbas (R.A) himself remark that this narration is not acceptable? Did other Sahabas raise objectoin against this Hadith?No such matter is found in the books of hadith. Moreover, they have all narrated it and derived rulings from it .


                           Islamic Scholars has grindled such rubbishes of these Hadith-Rejectors in their books. Mufti Muhammad khan Qadri smashes these rubbishes in his " Reply To Objections On Mawlid" in the following words :

                  "The Qur‟an has mentioned the dream of a non-Muslim to be true and also that some realities are derived from it. It is in Sura Yusuf that whilst Yusuf 'alaihis salam was imprisoned, two inmates saw dreams which they narrated to Yusuf 'alaihis salam. He told them their interpretations which came true. After hearing of their dreams, he invited them both to monotheism and belief which proves that they were both upon Kufr at the time.


                   Secondly, there are two issues here. The first is that Abbas radiyAllahu 'anhu saw a dream in which Abu Lahab informed him that due to the blessings of freeing Thuwayba, my punishment is reduced on a Monday. The second issue is that whilst in a wakeful state, Abbas radiyAllahu 'anhu said:The reason for reduction in punishment is because the Prophet sallAllahu 'alaihi wasallam was born on a Monday and it was Thuwayba who bought this news to Abu Lahab, hence, he freed her.[Fath al-Bari, 9:118]


                          Hence, the incident is not just from a dream; rather, it is the saying of a companion of the Prophet who was an interpreter of the Qur’an. This saying of his holds the rank of Marfu’ because it is not through Qiyas or Ijtihad .

                              Thirdly, if, Allah forbid, this was a wrongful dream, then Abbas radiyAllahu 'anhu would not have narrated it and if he did, then other companions [sahaba] and successors [tabi’in] would have rejected it. No such matter is found in the books of hadith. Moreover, they have all narrated it and derived rulings from it.


                    Another question raised at this point is that this narration of Abbas radiyAllahu 'anhu is not accepted because he was a Kafir at the time. In reply, we say that, firstly, he had become a Muslim at that time because the incident of the dream occurred approximately two years after the battle of Badr. This is because Abu Lahab died a year after Badr and Abbas radiyAllahu 'anhu saw him in a dream a year after his death. Also, when Abbas radiyAllahu 'anhu came to participate in Badr, the Prophet sallAllahu 'alaihi wasallam told his companions:Whoever finds Abbas bin Abdul Muttalib, do not kill him because he has been forced to participate.                      This is also supported by the fact that when recompense was sought for the captives of Badr, Abbas radiyAllahu 'anhu replied that he has no wealth. The Prophet sallAllahu 'alaihi wasallam said: Oh Uncle, tell me about the wealth that you have left with Umm Fadl. Hearing this, Abbas radiyAllahu 'anhu said:

         “ I swear by the being who sent you with the truth, apart from my wife and I, no-one knew this and I know that you are the messenger of Allah.[Ibid, 2:123]

                          Secondly, even we accept that he was upon Kufr at the time; this narration is still acceptable because it is not a condition to be a Muslim at the time of the event but to be a Muslim at the time of narration. When the tabi’in heard this from him, he was certainly a Muslim. The hadith scholars have mentioned the principle that if someone heard something from the Prophet sallAllahu 'alaihi wasallam whilst they were Kafirs and narrated it in the state of Islam, even after the Prophet sallAllahu 'alaihi wasallam had passed away, then it is accepted. Yes, if he accepted Islam in the lifetime of the Prophet sallAllahu 'alaihi wasallam, then he will be called a Sahabi, otherwise, a Tabi’i.

               Shaykh Ahmad Muhammad Shakir writes: If the person who was not yet a Muslim heard something from the Prophet sallAllahu 'alaihi wasallam and became a Muslim after his demise, such as Tanuji, the messenger of Heraclius; even though he is a Tabi’i, his narration of hadith will be Muttasil [uninterrupted]. This is because reliance is upon the narration, that is, he has narrated it from the Prophet sallAllahu 'alaihi wasallam even though when he heard it, he was not a Muslim but when he narrated it, he was.                 Wahabism's founder Muhammad Bin Abdul wahab Nazdi also admits the truth. He writes : "When this is the state of a Kafir like Abu Lahab – who has been condemned in the Qur’an – that when he shows happiness at the birth of the Prophet sallAllahu 'alaihi wasallam, he is rewarded; then what will be the status of a Muslim who believes in Allah and shows happiness at his sallAllahu 'alaihi wasallam birth."               Mufti Rahid Ahmed Ludhiyanvi writes : "When the punishment was reduced for a Kafir like Abu Lahab for showing happiness at the birth of the Prophet sallAllahu 'alaihi wasallam, then why will a Muslim not gain elevated ranks if he spends what he can in his love for the Prophet sallAllahu 'alaihi wasallam". Dr. Zakir Naik’s New Firqa-- “Ahle Sahih Hadeeth”

           Dr. Naik's unpardonable crime in the court of Islam is that he has launched a new firqa, namely "Ahle Sahih Hadith".In his debate with Salafi Scholar Maulana Abdul Hamid Rahmani, Dr Naik refused to call himself Ahle Hadith. Rather he identified himself as "Ahle Sahih Hadith. On Countless occasions , he has emphasized and clarified that Allah has ordered to obey only two things: Al Quran and Sahih Hadith. He repeatedly thunders , only Sahih Hadithes deserve to be followed, not other hadithes and  according to him, views of Salafs and logic hold no value in Islam. Dear Readers! This usul of Dr Naik will be used later on to make postmortem of his own poisonous writings and views. But now let us read attentively his thoughts and perceptions on the isssue "Ahle Sahih Hadith" :


       A.   Dr. Zakir Naik says :  “Each and everyone comes and utters Quran Hadith, Quran Hadith, Quran Hadith. I want to say, if it is required to say, I call myself Ahle Sahih Hadith because the rest of the Muslims obey Sahih Hadith, Zaif Hadith abd even Mawdoo Hadith. From early period the practice of Islam is Quran And Sahih Hadith . Original urdu speech is:" Har koi aake kahta hai Quran Hadith, Quran Hadith, Quran Hadith.                    C.    Dr Zakir  Naik’s deficient tafsir of Surah Al Imran, Verse No. 103:    Replying to a question, from when he has become Ahle Hadith, Dr Naik recites part of Verse No 103 of Surah Al Imran and teanslates: "Aap Allah ki rashhi ko mazbooti se pakdo aur aapas me firqa mat banaon"(And hold fast the rope of Allah and don't be divided among yourselves). The he questions "Allah ki rasshhi kaun si hain"? (what is the rope of Allah?). He himself answers: "Eh hai Allah Subhaha hu ta'la ki Qalam Quran Sharif aur Muhammad salsam{???} ki Sahih hadith" (This is Allah Subhana hu ta'la's Qalam Holy Quran and Muhammad salsam's{???} Sahih Hadith.)                              Now, I entreat my dear Readers to go through his third speech with attention. with reference to Verse No 103 of Surah Al Imran, he says: "Allah ki rasshhi kaun si hain"? (what is the rope of Allah?). He himself answers: "Eh hai Allah Subhaha hu ta'la ki Qalam Quran Sharif aur Muhammad salsam{???} ki Sahih hadith" (This is Allah Subhana hu ta'la's Qalam Holy Quran and Muhammad salsam's{???} Sahih Hadith. Here Brother Zakir tried to deceive Muslims by his own self-made tafsir . Rasuullah Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam has condemned severely those who interpret the Qur'an from their own point of view. Abdullah ibn Abbas (R.A.) reported that Prophet Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam said: "Whoever says something in interpreting the Qur'an based on his own opinion should find his place in the Fire" (Tirmidhi). Not a single Hadith instructs that Allah's rope is Holy Quran and sahih Hadith only. No Imams and Shcolars in the 1400-year old History of Islaam has made such tafsir.



                    Honourable readers ! Have you perceived Naik's conceit and vanity ? Please read out his first speech carefully. According to him, only he is the true follower of Hadeeth!! This person's superiority complex has reached an uncomparable height. Extremist view of following only Sahih Hadith (as per own definition) has made some people so militant that they  are roaring , saying " La ilaha illallahu Muhammadar Rasulullah" without wao ataf is Shirk and Bidat. They claim, there is no Sahih Hadith in support of "La ilaha illallahu Muhammadar Rasulullah" without wao ataf . Dear Readers! Can you imagine ! Where are they leading the Muslims to? Maulana Ainul Bari Aliavi, Head of the West Bengal Salafis has written in his monthly "Ahle Hadith" that writing Allah and Muhammad side by side is Shirk. in which Sahih Hadith it is written, These Bidati Mullahs should disclose !

Ahle Hadeeth -Salafis Are Divided Into Countless Sub-Firqas & Are Calling Each Other Kafir

              Praise be to Allaah.  Fierce sectarianism and militant Kharizism are the  biggest threats to Islam today.  These two  are  major hurdles  to the social, economical  and political progress of the Muslim Ummah . New groups, new jama’ats and new theories are coming into being on  weekly basis.   Whenever a new sect is formed, the founder of the sects and his close associates make sure that they identify themselves differently from other Muslim sects. They take lot of pain in alienating themselves from the practices of other sects. They claim that only those who follow their sect are true Muslims and that the others are virtually or wholly disbelievers .


              Zakir Naik confesses countless sub-sects of Salafis : Unfortunately Dr. Zakir Naik who is hailed by some people as “ Allamatul Muslimeen” has , in lieu of promoting  intra -sectarian unity among the Muslim Ummah, himself founded a new  sub-firqa “ Ahle Sahih Hadeeth”. Dr. Naik and his Salafi mentors  accuse Ahle Sunnat Wa Zamaat of being firqaparast for following four different Fiqh School of Thoughts namely Hanafi, Shafii, Maliki and Hanbali although these four are only Fiqh School of Thoughts and not firqas. The astonishing fact is that Kharizis who call ahle Sunnat Wa Zamaat firqaparast , themselves are divided into countless sub-firqas and each one is calling others Kafir. Zakir Naik is well aware of this  amazing firwaparasti phenomenon of his sect but instead of removing  this firqaparast phenomenon, this so-called champion of Muslim unity, himself has set up his own firqa “ Ahle Sahih Hadeeth.” Before exposing Zakir naik’s new sect “ Ahle Sahih Hadeeth”. Let us go through the startling confession of Zakir Naik about countless sub-sects of Salafism and their imposing fatwa of Kufr against each other. Dr Naik says:

         “ I love him (Albani). I revere him but no taqleed. Taqleed belongs to Allah and His Rasul. This ( Albani's explanation of Salafi) is logic. This is Qiyas. I say,prove to me from Quran and Sunnah , not from logic.......Don't debate with me. Prove to me from Quran and Sunnah. Immediately Dr Zakir Naik will accept..... in debating Alhamdulillah Allah has blessed me......... My question is which Salafi? Which Salafi? Are you Qutubi? Are you Sururi? Are you Madkhali? I can name another Salafis.......If you go to U.K., MashaAllah, SubhanAllah, Allahu Akbar. There are so many groups in U.K. each group fighting against the other calling the other Salafiya KAFIR........In Mumbai where I come from, there are two Ahle Hadeeth-------Zamiate Ahle Hadeeth and Gurba Ahle Hadeeth. To which Ahle Hadeeth should I belong to?.......I went to Kashmir. There are many groups in Ahle Hadeeth. I went to Kerala. Muzahidin.Muzahidin. K.N.M. Kerala Nadwatul Muzahidin. There people don't call themselves Ahle Hadeeth. Muzahidin.         Regarding firqaparasti of Salafis, Correct Islamic Faith International Association  writes :      “The title SALAFI  is applied to those who worship a Planetary human-like-Idol ( المعبود الكواكب مثل الإنسان ) and call it Allah (Astaghfiruallah). There are hundreds of Salafi Groups in the world. Followers of all these Groups claim that they are Muslims.  However, we fail to understand their claim because every Salafi Group calls itself as 'victorious group' (at-Ta'ifat-ul-Mansurah) and 'the saved group' (al-Firqat-un-Najiyah) and accuses the other Salafi Group as apostate (Kafir).  It is a very strange situation with these Groups.”
